In addition to a generous wellness allowance, we run a wellness programme with indoor and outdoor group activities. The head office in Piteå has a well-equipped gym.
In addition to the health insurance included as part of our collective agreement, we offer private health insurance to all permanent staff as a benefit.
We want to reward those employees who choose to cycle to work. That’s why all our employees have the option to lease a bicycle for 36 months. We also offer fuel discounts at major fuel chains with national coverage.
Currently, we offer all our employees discounts with a number of large national companies.
Of course, we have collective agreements and parental pay. We also conduct annual performance reviews and employee surveys. In addition, we offer regular health checks and laser eye surgery, paid for through gross salary deductions.
We organise plenty of staff activities at Wibax. In addition to conferences and theme days, we encourage employee initiatives, such as mushroom foraging courses, family days and the Wibax jog.
Something that we really care about at Wibax is retaining the feel of a family. Whether we are 30 or 300 employees. We want all our employees to feel part of the journey we are on and to feel that they can truly make a difference. There need to be short decision-making paths and transparent communication.
